just to start it all

hi !!!
I am vivek from India. This is my first blog (actually its second but first one was just to test how the blog appears) so I'll just give a brief intro about me. I live in a city of Chennai in the state of Tamil Nadu in southern part of India but am originally from Gurgaon which is in far north near the capital New Delhi. Actually I've never lived in Gurgaon for more than 2 months at a time but I do visit it once or twice every year as most of my relatives and, more importantly, my elder brother lives there and also our own house is in Gurgaon. Right now I'm doing an under graduate course in Information Technology from Sathyabama university in Chennai. Its been over seven years now in Chennai when i came here i was in 8th grade. Before coming here I lived in Kolkata, West Bengal for seven years, and even before that in small town known as Jalna in the state of Maharashtra. So i do know a thing or two about moving to new places and how hard it really is. But I'll have to admit i have learnt a lot about people and cultural diversity, in a highly diverse nation as mine, which may be i wouldn't have otherwise.

Anyway my interests include web designing, photography, stereo photography, rc planes, long distance cycling, environment conservation, music, beaches (coz i live very close to one), spending time with friends, and of course almost all of web2.0 elements which i spend soo much of my time on.

Well i really don't know how to describe myself, so i don't know how to say things like I'm this kind of person or I'm that kind of person.... may be you'll know me when you read my future blogs and then you can decide yourself and don't forget to tell me too. By the way i do have a profile in orkut which if u have an account u can visit it to know more about me (but please don't use it to send scraps i would rather prefer emails).
